SoEun (Sonya) Park ‘26

SoEun Park is a junior at Harvard, double concentrating in Government and Sociology. She is particularly interested in international relations and how foreign policies play out across and within different cultures and contexts, with a focus on the intersection of human rights and immigration rights. Dedicated to empowering vulnerable populations and ensuring that everyone is seen, heard, and understood, she believes in fostering a more inclusive and compassionate world. Beyond her involvement in the Harvard Ballet Company as DEI Chair, she is involved in the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program, Harvard Undergraduate Women in Foreign Policy, the Harvard Korea Institute, and tutors English. She also founded Voices Beyond Borders, a podcast amplifying migrant stories. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, oil painting, and traveling.
