Camille Freedman ‘25
Camille is a sophomore at Harvard concentrating in Chemical & Physical Biology with a secondary in Statistics. Originally from Chicago, IL, she performed as a member of Extensions Dance Company for six years. Under the artistic direction of Lizzie Mackenzie, she trained in a variety of styles including ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and ballroom. She was also a founding member of Chicago City Classical Ballet. She is grateful to have attended summer intensive programs at BODYTRAFFIC, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Northwest Dance Project, and Alonzo King LINES Ballet. Most recently, she attended the Orsalina 28 Summer Intensive in Moncalvo, Italy. Outside of HBC, Camille is a member of the Asian American Dance Troupe and the Harvard Contemporary Collective as well as the co-founder of Harvard Plant Futures. She is also an undergraduate researcher of structural biology in the Gaudet Lab. Camille is looking forward to dancing with the company this upcoming semester!
